This role requires excellent communication, organization, coordination, time management, internal and external relationship building skills. TheĀ Account ExecutiveĀ will work closely across multiple departments to ensure the best customer experience possible.\n\n\n\nEssential Functions\n* Thoroughly work every inbound web and phone lead, ensuring connection with leads immediately upon contact with Quench\n* Proactively follow up with leads and opportunities to support their needs and move them through the decision-making process\n* Achieve and exceed all sales activity and revenue goals\n* Employ Salesforce and communications platforms to capture, manage pipeline, and close business\n* Partner with Field Sales and other departments to deliver outstanding customer support\n* Manage time effectively and efficiently\n* Maintain regular and reliable attendance\n\n\n\nRequirements \n* Two years of sales experience\n* Proven track record showing the ability to maintain high sales activity and consistently achieve revenue goals\n* Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections and close business\n* A great attitude; outgoing and friendly personality\n* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce.com\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQuench offers competitive salary and benefits, and incentive awards.
