We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
We are a Real Estate Investment company, operating in the US.
Our business includes the following operating systems, where we would require administrative support: Property acquisitions and sales, Property Management and Construction Management.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, handle all bookkeeping tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsabilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Enter and manage all Bookkeeping records
- Assist in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and organizing office supplies.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Manage company Tech app accounts and customer service platforms, including social media, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8 am – 5 pm (EST).
Requirements
- Strong bookkeeping experience and understanding
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- A Tech savvy candidate
- Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
