The project and the team

We seek a creative back-end engineer to join our team, build a user-facing application in the networking area, and drive it to wide market adoption.

 Other things to know:

  • We are a part of a development team
  • The team is international and located globally

We work on multiple interesting projects at the time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to the interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Your role

As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in scrum framework and collaborating with the rest of the team (product managers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps team)
  • Propose new solutions and drive improvement
  • Implementing new features and extending/improving existing ones
  • Implementing unit tests
Do we have a match?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Python
  • Experience in RESTful API integration and development, specifically with Django Rest Framework
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • English (B2+ Level) for everyday conversations and knowledge sharing

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate:

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of best coding practices (like Clean Code)
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, mainly GitHub Actions.
  • Ability to collaborate in distributed teams
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
