We are looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of a cutting-edge Web3 influencer marketing platform. This is a high-intensity, hands-on role for someone who is deeply committed to building a scalable and innovative productโnot for those looking for a 9-to-5 job.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Web3 and Web2 technologies, experience in scaling SaaS or marketplace platforms, and a strategic mindset to drive technical innovation. You will oversee smart contract development, platform architecture, and the transition from an external MVP team to an in-house tech team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Development & Technical Strategy
Oversee the development and scaling of a Web3-enabled influencer marketing platform.
Define the technical roadmap for V1 & V2, focusing on automation, AI-driven analytics, and fiat integration.
Ensure seamless integration of smart contract escrow payments, campaign management, and analytics tools.
Be hands-on with coding and lead by example.
2. Smart Contract & Blockchain Architecture
Collaborate with Web3 developers to build secure and efficient smart contract solutions for payments and OTC deals.
Oversee a smart contract audit to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
Optimize transaction efficiency and minimize gas fees for user interactions.
3. In-House Development Team Formation
Recruit, onboard, and manage an in-house development team (2 frontend, 2 backend, 1 DevOps).
Transition from external MVP developers to an internal tech team for long-term growth.
Implement agile development processes for continuous iteration and platform enhancements.
4. AI & Data Optimization (Future Roadmap)
Develop AI-powered influencer matching & campaign analytics for automated insights.
Build advanced reporting and analytics tools to provide brands with detailed campaign performance data, engagement tracking, and conversion insights.
Integrate fraud detection mechanisms to identify fake influencers and low-quality engagements.
While the initial focus is a web-based platform, we may develop a mobile app in the future.
5. Technical Leadership & Compliance
Work alongside legal and compliance teams to ensure KYC/AML integration and regulatory adherence.
Maintain a high-performance and scalable infrastructure for influencer-brand interactions.
Drive technical due diligence for future expansion into fintech, AI, and Web3 verticals.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in software development, with at least 3+ years in a CTO, Lead Engineer, or similar leadership role.
Experience building & scaling a SaaS, marketplace, or fintech platform.
Deep understanding of smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) and blockchain infrastructure (Ethereum, Solana, L2s, etc.).
Perfect Englishโyou must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in the CET time zoneโthis is mandatory.
Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js).
Experience with cloud architecture & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work hard and be hands-on with coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI/ML-driven analytics.
Previous experience working in Web3, DeFi, or fintech industries.
