We’re actively building it.Mission statement\nAs a PR & Events Intern, you will play a key supporting role to the PR & Event Manager across a range of initiatives. This internship offers a dynamic experience for an organised and enthusiastic communicator who is eager to learn and contribute in different ways. Your responsibilities may vary and include assisting with journalist database management, coordinating outreach campaigns, preparing award submissions, and supporting both logistical and administrative aspects of PR activities and events.Job descriptionDuring this internship, youโll gain hands-on experience in public relations, events and communications, and receive Mentorship and learning from a dynamic team. Youโll also have the opportunity to build a strong professional network in the digital asset space, and gain exposure to an international media landscape and high-profile industry events.\n\nDuties:* Build and maintain a media and journalist database\n* Assist with PR outreach and follow-ups: drafting pitch emails, tracking replies, and coordinating interviews.\n* Research and monitor for relevant marketing opportunities, including but not limited to awards, speaking at online and offline events, media opportunities.\n* Support the design of assets for in-person and virtual events.\n* Support event communications and other logistics.\n* Handle administrative tasks: tracking budgets, timelines, contracts, invoices, and post-event wrap-ups.\n* Help manage and grow social media presence through scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting.\n\nBackground and experience\n* Studying or recently graduated in PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar.\n* Strong written and visual communication skills.\n* Familiarity with design tools to support event promotion and branding across digital and print formats.\n* Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive attitude.\n* A genuine interest in digital assets is a strong plus\n\n\nOur recruitment philosophyWe value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process.
