Oura is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team, responsible for designing best-in-class eCommerce B2B experiences to support our client relationships. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
What you will do:
- UX design for B2B web products and new systems that facilitate the sales and management of bulk Oura Ring orders and companion services
- Create UI design solutions that scale for international expansion
- Gain a strong understanding and empathy for Oura’s enterprise customers across diverse sectors such as healthcare, the military, partnerships, and research
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web design
- Translate complex products into simple and intuitive user-friendly design
- Recommend UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting user research, and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders (both internal and external) to create and iterate on scalable features
- Collaborate and share feedback with Oura’s creative and product design teams to maintain UX and brand consistency
This is a US remote role.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, with time spent building eCommerce platforms or dashboard tools for the web
- Experience in the enterprise/B2B space, including invoicing and global payment methods
- A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
- A strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles
- Comfort with ambiguity and an innate curiosity to solve complex problems in simple and creative ways
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines on a distributed team
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning and driving user research activities
- Intermediate prototyping skills to communicate ideas

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $142,000 – $178,000
- Region 2: $130,000 – $163,000
- Region 3: $120,000 – $150,000
