At 3Pillar, our focus is on crafting cutting-edge technologies that revolutionize industries. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Act as liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.\n* Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.\n* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or system enhancements.\n* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.\n* Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.\n* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.\n* Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and drive business insights.\n* Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\n* Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.\n* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.\n* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.\n\n\n\n\nQualification :\n* Minimum of 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.\n* Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, BRD,FSD, use cases / user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)\n* Proficient with tools to create wireframes/Workflow like Balsamiq, Lucid charts, MS Visio, UML etc.\n* Solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and various development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA) \n* Able to work as a transition lead.\n* Should possess technical or functional knowledge to work on AIML based projects\n* Should have knowledge in Investment Banking/Finance/Banking domain\n* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n* Thorough understanding of software development architectures and the entire software development lifecycle.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n* What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?\n* At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:\n* Imagine a flexible work environment – whether it’s the office, your home, or a blend of both.
