Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced  Graphic & Video Designer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 – 85,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

  • Design creative assets for performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams from concept through execution.
  • Support in preparing and assisting with client presentations.
  • Communicate creative ideas effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Stay updated on design and digital advertising trends, applying best practices to your work.
  • Assist Motion Designers by providing design assets and, when possible, basic motion support.
  • Present design concepts and iterations to leadership and directors confidently.

Must-haves

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an agency, in-house creative team.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design and typographic skills, with an understanding of digital creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
  • Knowledge of After Effects and motion design principles is a plus.
  • Strong foundational skills in concept research, ideation, design, and iteration.
  • Awareness of the latest paid social creative trends and best practices.
  • Eagerness to learn about creative strategy across social advertising channels.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • You are adaptable, flexible, comfortable taking on new tasks, changing priorities, and ad-hoc requests. 
  • Ability to work in any US time zones.

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for team communication
