Job Description
Brale’s focus is on creating technology that makes DeFi usable in the real world for the next billion users. We believe that creating a bridge between CeFi and DeFi through accessible stablecoin technology will accelerate markets and opportunities globally.
We’re looking for an experienced designer to help craft and communicate the Brale story. As a key member of our design team, you’ll drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums, helping evolve Brale into one of the most trusted, recognizable, and influential brands in stablecoins.
The Designer will wear a lot of hats, partnering with the teams to accomplish company wide goals. We welcome designers with expertise in one or more of the following: visual, brand, web and/or product design. Tell us what fires you up, and we’ll work to leverage your strongest skills. You will be joining a team known for producing high-impact, high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep craft expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities

Extend and evolve Brale’s visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints

Solve ambiguous design challenges through systems thinking, storytelling, and strategic judgment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design work

Support various marketing initiatives to ensure branding and brand standards are upheld

Collaborate with our customers on co-marketing asset support
Qualifications

Expertise in visual, brand, web, and/or product design

Experience driving major branding initiatives, from concept through execution, including positioning, identity development, and cross-channel implementation

Thoughtful communicator who can advocate for design while balancing user, brand, and business needs

Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI design tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to feedback and changing directions

Willingness and ability to adapt and contribute across various design disciplines

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
