This role primarily involves email, Zoom, and chat support, with phone support as needed. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:* Customer Support: Provide timely, courteous assistance to customers via email, chat, Zoom, and phone.
