You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and performant applications while mentoring junior engineers and driving best practices. We expect that you will be proficient in either Frontend or Backend development – bonus points if you are, or desire to be, full-stack! \n\n\n\nOverall Responsibilities:\n* Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.\n* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features.\n* Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and automation.\n* Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability.\n* Stay up to date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities- Frontend Specialists\n* Implement modern web interfaces using React, CSS, Typescript, and modern design libraries. \n* Experience with GraphQL clients like Apollo.\n* Build reusable libraries with mono repo build systems (NX). \n* Build reusable React components for interfacing with our back-end platforms.\n* Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities- Backend Specialists\n* Develop the core application logic, databases, and APIs to ensure efficient data management and seamless communication between the front end and server.\n* Create RESTful or GraphQL APIs to enable smooth data exchange between various software components and external systems.\n* Optimize code and infrastructure to handle increasing loads, ensuring the application can scale efficiently.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 3-5 years of experience in software development.\n* Strong proficiency in and experience with \n* (Frontend Specialists) React, Typescript, HTML, Javascript, CSS\n* OR (Backend Specialists) C#/.NET, Typescript, GraphQL, DynamoDB, MySQL \n* Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.\n* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) or GCP.\n* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n\n\n\nBonus Points:\n* Full-stack development experience or affinity.\n* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.\n* Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech blogs.\n* Experience with Microfrontend architecture\n* Experience with monorepo build systems\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$143,000 – $163,000 a year\n\nWealth is an equal opportunity employer and encourages people from all backgrounds to apply.
