Job Description
We are seeking organized, detail-oriented Remote Administrative Clerks to support our daily operations from home. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist internal teams to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and update internal databases and files
Organize, maintain, and retrieve digital documents
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic correspondence
Handle email communication and manage shared inboxes
Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and calendar updates
Support internal teams with administrative requests and follow-ups
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
Perform other clerical duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or clerical experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks
Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM, project management, or recordkeeping systems
Prior remote work experience
Strong time-management skills
