Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Remote) to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems

Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry

Correct and report data inconsistencies or errors

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely

Prepare and sort documents for data entry (digital or scanned)

Generate simple reports as needed

Assist in administrative tasks such as data cleanup and file organization

Communicate with internal teams to clarify information or resolve discrepancies

Meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or admin training is a plus

Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred)

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors

Good written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop

Additional Requirements

Ability to maintain data confidentiality

Comfortable working in a remote/virtual environment

Available to work across required shifts (if applicable)

Preferred (Optional)

Experience with CRM, ERP, or other data management tools

Prior remote work experience
