Job Description
The Regional Business Director – Sarcoma will be responsible for recruiting and hiring sales representatives and managing their performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. The role requires a strong understanding of the oncology therapeutic area and current trends, as well as experience in pharmaceutical sales and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred
- 9+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 5+ years in oncology and management role(s)
- 3+ years experience in direct people leadership
