About the role:
Contra is looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a passion for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain AI models and algorithms that address business challenges and improve products. As an AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work independently on innovative AI projects.
What you’ll deliver:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights, train models, and enhance predictive accuracy.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring they are reliable and operate in production environments.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance existing systems.
- Conduct model validation, testing, and performance analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Document AI processes, techniques, and model outcomes to share with the broader team.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data science to ensure Contra’s solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with data processing tools and libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
