What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced Platform Product Manager to join our team. This crucial role will involve understanding the big picture and creating functionality across multiple product lines. The Senior Platform Product Manager will engage cross-functionally to help design, plan, and build the platform functionality that accelerates team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Product to formulate and implement technical product strategy.
- Contribute to the development and management of the product roadmap.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical product requirements.
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams.
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a bridge between product management and sales/customer success teams.
- Oversee the creation and updating of technical documentation.
- Conduct technical competitive analyses to inform our product strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience developing platform features.
- Comprehensive understanding of the product development process.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with various product management and analytical tools.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred.
Travel Required
May require up to 15% travel.
Compensation and Values
- Base salary range: $178,200 – $200,000 annually.
