Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing design function for the entire company, maintaining organization and ownership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on various graphic design projects including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, etc.
  • Create a design template library in tools like Canva for easy self-creation of design assets by the marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign assets library with an easy-to-navigate structure for all campaign visuals.
  • Optimize and update website landing pages for brand consistency, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Manage time and projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion of requests while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a visual language library that outlines the brand’s display guidelines across all channels.
  • Act as a design advisor to the team on creative projects, educating others on design thinking and brand experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of design experience in a B2B company, agency, or related industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; start-up experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Webflow, and Slack.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across various platforms.
  • Comfortable developing processes and best practices and educating stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to translate complex ideas into effective visual narratives.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable being the sole owner of the design function in the company.

Portfolio Submission:

Candidates should be ready to submit a portfolio with at least five examples of recent work that demonstrate the ability to visualize complex subjects effectively. The portfolio should also reflect an understanding of the intended audience and user experience.


Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $100,000 to $125,000, including potential commissions, bonuses, equity, and benefits. Actual pay may vary based on various factors including skill set, training, experience, and location.
