Role Overview 
Fortreum is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Designer to drive the development and implementation of innovative designs (web/video/graphics) that enhance our presence in the cloud security and compliance marketplace. This role requires a combination of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and strategic insight to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and captivate target audiences. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful digital marketing assets and campaigns that align with our business goals. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Branding: Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and web designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance overall digital presence. 
  • Web Design and Maintenance: Develop, update, and optimize website designs for functionality, responsiveness, and user experience, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
  • Video Production: Collaborate on video content production, including planning, storyboarding, editing, and delivering high-quality visuals for various practice areas. 
  • Digital Campaign Support: Work alongside the marketing team to design creative assets for SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and social platforms, ensuring consistency and appeal across all channels. 
  • Audience Insights: Conduct visual and UX research to align designs with the preferences and behaviors of cybersecurity and compliance audiences. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to produce design assets that convey key messaging effectively. 
  • Data-Informed Design: Use analytics to evaluate design performance, refine visual strategies, and ensure materials meet ROI goals. 
  • Stay Current: Keep up with emerging trends in web design, graphic design, and digital marketing within the cybersecurity sector to maintain competitive and innovative outputs. 
  • Tool Management: Manage and optimize design software and web development platforms for efficient project delivery. 
  • Basic Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in web and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasingexpertise in the cybersecurity, technology, or cloud services sectors. 
  • Advanced skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, other) and web development platforms (e.g., WordPress) 
  • Proven experience in producing visually engaging video and multimedia content, with a strong understanding of editing and post-production workflows. 
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, responsive web design, and digital asset optimization. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate performance metrics and manage multiple projects effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, creative environment. 
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for producing cutting-edge designs. 
  • Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks, and cloud technologies to create industry-relevant visuals. 
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
