About the Role

We are looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced creative studio. This role sits between junior and senior design levels, contributing to both execution and creative direction. You will play a key role in developing digital content and design assets across multiple formats, helping to bring compelling visual solutions to life.

Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, flexible

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Senior Designers to develop and execute visual concepts.

  • Create a wide range of assets including mockups, wireframes, logos, and UI/UX designs.

  • Support the production of final creative materials—graphics, color palettes, typography, video edits, animations, motion graphics, and user flow documentation.

  • Participate in daily or weekly stand-ups with internal stakeholders to align on design goals.

  • Offer constructive feedback in design reviews and implement visual improvements.

  • Stay updated on design trends and digital best practices to continually improve output.

  • Organize and manage graphic resources to ensure efficient team workflow.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and After Effects (AE).

  • Experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.

  • Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.

  • Ability to adapt design work across various digital formats and platforms.

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) to effectively engage with global team members.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with HTML and front-end design.

  • Knowledge of 3D design tools.

  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.
