Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to join our growing U.S.-based creative team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for a variety of promotional and digital assets. Your creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a key role in supporting our clients’ brand identities and marketing goals.

  • Create original logos, product mockups, and marketing visuals aligned with client branding
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently while exploring creative design directions
  • Edit photos, handle typesetting, and manage layout design for digital and print use
  • Design web and product mockups, pre-production art, and promotional item templates
  • Redraw items from specifications or photos and enhance visual quality
  • Review and improve final layouts while collaborating with stakeholders for revisions
  • Work with client-provided ideas and adapt visuals to meet goals and expectations
  • Support other ad hoc design tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. business hours

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Skilled with Microsoft and Google applications
  • Familiarity with file optimization, color profiles, and vector file setup
  • Experience designing marketing, branding, website mockups, and product packaging
  • Ability to manage multiple design requests under tight deadlines
  • Exposure to promotional products design is a strong advantage
