As a HubSpot Solutions Architect, your responsibility is to design solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM as a central component for our clients. This will involve tasks such as data migrations and system integrations, while considering the existing technology and business processes of the clients.
You’ll collaborate with the Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to craft innovative architectures and define the scope of solutions. This will involve creating detailed Statement of Work(s) and essential documentation for the team to implement. You’ll use your expertise to provide training to clients, helping them seamlessly embrace the cutting-edge technologies of HubSpot CRM.
🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you’ll get to work on:
- Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects.
- Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
- Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
- Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
- Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
- Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.
🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Extensive experience of HubSpot use or similar CRM platform.
- Computer Science, or similar technical qualification.
- Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training).
- Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc).
- Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc).
- Sound knowledge of big data.
- Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built.
- Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Desirable to be fluent in Spanish.

You will collaborate closely with Taryn Reyneke (Head of Solutions Architecture Team) as well as other Solutions Architects spread across various regions.
🛣️ Interview Process:
- 1st Interview (30 min)
- Presentation Interview (60 min)
- Final Interview (30 min)
