Our Account Management Professional with French:

• Maintain E2E cycle management for a portfolio of B2B customers from the IT industry to close deals/ increase revenue
• Maintains accurate customer master record including licenses, software, and service contract expiration dates; shipping address; updates customer contact information in the CRM or other available tools required by the business
• Manages areas of focus to meet set targets and maintain the existing customer base and revenue.
• Answers customer inquiries via e-mail to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA.
• Utilizes existing client relationships to generate referral new business leads
• Manages relationships with designated contacts (i.e. purchasing agents) in efforts to grow sales and maintains a business partnership
