Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for designing, configuring, and maintaining cutting-edge Microsoft-based solutions? How will your day look like

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in system management.
  • Design, build, configure, and maintain Microsoft solutions, including Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory (ADDS, Entra ID), and SCCM.
  • Architect and implement security solutions leveraging PKI, operating system hardening frameworks (CIS, NIST), and tiered administration models.
  • Oversee Citrix environments, including DaaS, CVAD, NetScaler, FAS, and StoreFront configurations.
  • Manage hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud solutions such as M365, Conditional Access, ZTNA, Azure Arc, Defender for Cloud, and Defender XDR.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation using PowerShell.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, ensuring performance optimization, and security compliance.
  • Act as a key resource in defining strategies for firewalls, zoning, and overall network security.

Your profile ‍

  • 10+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, balancing hands-on technical work with architectural oversight.
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory (sMSA, gMSA, GPO, DHCP/DNS), and PKI.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows security principles, including CIS and NIST frameworks, and management layers.
  • Strong experience with Citrix technologies (DaaS, CVAD, NetScaler, FAS, StoreFront).
  • Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-native solutions like M365 and Azure services.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.
  • Higher education degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work visa is required.
