Job Title: Marketing & Design Associate (Remote, USA Hours)
Position Overview:

This mid-level, remote role offers flexibility and requires overlap with USA hours until at least 2 PM Central Time.
You’ll craft compelling marketing assets, execute social media strategies, and collaborate with talented team members to drive impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Media Creation:
o Develop visually appealing marketing assets, including graphics, infographics, brochures, and white-paper style content.
o Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work.
• Social Media Management:
o Create and maintain a content calendar based on upcoming company initiatives, industry events (conferences, etc.), important days (various awareness days), holidays, etc.
o Coordinate with business team members to obtain the content to plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across social platforms, including LinkedIn.
o Create impactful LinkedIn content with images and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
o A good understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms and experience with paid campaigns is a plus.
o Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance results.
o Evaluate additional social media platforms to add to the Social Media strategy based on the content type – Substack, Instagram, Bluesky.
• Newsletter Development and Management:
o Design and craft newsletters with engaging content and visuals.
o Ensure timely distribution to the adequate audience, monitor performance metrics (open, clicks, forms submitted), and suggest new ways to improve the quality, quantity, and conversion of inbound leads.
• Website Updates:
o Manage website content and design updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with marketing efforts.
o Collaborate with the team to implement new functionality, and content reorganization to enhance user experience.
o Monitor lead generation and implement changes to improve it.
• Industry Awareness:
o Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in healthcare or digital health, to propose new ideas to add to the marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g. Squarespace).
• Proficiency in creating social media posts to boost engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with a remote team.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health is a significant advantage.
Work Schedule:
• Remote position with required overlap in USA hours, working until at least 2 PM Central Time.
