<p>Description</p><p>As an <b>On-Call Graphic Designer </b>you will partner with the full-time members of the Enterprise Proposal Center (EPC) Design team on an as-needed basis to support ICF’s business pursuits. You will be responsible for creating innovative, engaging, brand-aligned print and digital deliverables, coordinating directly with Design team colleagues, proposal managers, proposal coordinators, technical leads, and other stakeholders throughout the proposal development process. In this role you will apply both professional business communications skills and visual communications expertise to meet and exceed the requirements necessary to produce winning work.</p><p></p><p>This is a part-time position. Hours will fluctuate weekly. Support will be expected primarily for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow work. Candidates must have reliable internet and availability to communicate during ICF business hours (9:00AM – 5:00PM EST).</p><p></p><p><b>This position is remote. You can work from anywhere in the United <span>States.</span></b></p><h1></h1><h1><span>Your</span> <span>responsibilities</span><span>:</span></h1><ul><li>Create data visualization graphics, digital illustrations, photo collages, page layouts, presentations, and related creative deliverables in support of corporate proposal documents and special projects.</li><li>Interact regularly with technical and sales professionals to develop concepts and execute designs that support solutions and messaging <span>strategy.</span></li><li>Uphold corporate identity brand <span>standards.</span></li><li>Prepare and revise graphics quickly and accurately while meeting solicitation compliance <span>requirements.</span></li><li>Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and <span>timeframe.</span></li><li>Prepare graphics for both electronic and print <span>delivery.</span></li><li>Disseminate and archive finished graphics as required.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>What you will bring with <span>you:</span></h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing Design, or related creative field.</li><li>3+ years of corporate in-house or design agency graphic design experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.</li><li>Expertise in translating data into visually appealing infographics and conceptual design that supports target audience directed messaging.</li><li>Experience with print and digital publication design, and marketing collateral design and production, e.g., identity, promotional, marketing, and advertising.</li><li>Understanding of branding concepts and ability to effectively support a brand through design.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365.</li><li>A strong portfolio of original graphic design work that is relevant to this role.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>What we’d like you to bring with <span>you:</span></h1><ul><li>Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience working in a hybrid or fully virtual environment using Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Experience working with proposal teams.</li><li>Experience working with technical data.</li><li>Experience working on Federal and/or State and Local government proposals.</li><li>Experience working on projects for diverse industries.</li><li>Experience working with the AI-enabled features of Adobe and Microsoft tools.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>Professional <span>skills:</span></h1><ul><li>Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented <span>environment.</span></li><li>Proven ability to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet<span> deadlines.</span></li><li>Demonstrated high level of attention to <span>detail.</span></li><li>Strong written and oral communication <span>skills.</span></li><li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under <span>pressure.</span></li><li>Experience working effectively both independently and as part of a <span>team.</span></li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as teaming <span>partners.</span></li><li>Commitment to sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.</li></ul><p style=”text-align:inherit”></p><p style=”text-align:inherit”></p><p style=”text-align:left”><u><b>Working at ICF</b></u></p>ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
