Role Description
As our Senior .NET Developer & Practice Lead, you will:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and support a team of talented .NET developers, ensuring high standards in code quality, architecture, and performance.
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade applications using the latest .NET technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Innovate: Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies in .NET and C# development across the organization.
- Strategize: Participate in technical strategy discussions and influence key decision-making at all levels of the company.
- Educate: Facilitate technical workshops, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Advise: Serve as the primary technical authority for all .NET-related topics, providing guidance to both technical teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or you have equivalent hands-on experience.
- You have several years of professional experience in .NET development, with deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern development frameworks.
- You possess a confident demeanor with strong analytical and conceptual skills, enabling you to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- You have a proven track record in architectural design and leading complex software projects from conception to delivery.
- Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development and architectural design.
- You have successfully led high-performing development teams and driven best practices in software engineering.
- You have extensive experience in designing scalable, enterprise-level applications.
- You are well-versed in microservices, domain-driven design, and cloud integrations using .NET technologies.
- You are experienced with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- You have a balanced understanding of both the legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET Core / .NET 5+ applications.
- You are passionate about mentoring developers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- You have a history of delivering technical presentations, workshops, and in-depth code reviews.
