With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, this role is critical to our success in the LATAM market. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building relationships, we want to hear from you.Your Mission\n* \nDevelop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within LATAM market.\n* \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.\n* \nOwn the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. Your main focus will be outbound.\n* \nIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.\n* \nCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients.\n* \nProvide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our LATAM expansion.\n* \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.\n* \nRepresent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.\n\n\n\n* \n3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience\n* \nFluency in English and native level Spanish \n* \nYou’re a results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.\n* \nStrong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.\n* \nProven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.\n* \nExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.\n* \nAbility to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.\n* \nFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.\n\nWhat we offer\n* \nCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.\n* \n100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table.
