Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support a successful real estate broker in managing day-to-day operations and driving business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the real estate industry while contributing to various aspects of the business. You’ll handle critical administrative tasks, assist with client communications, and support marketing efforts. As the broker’s right hand, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing operations, allowing the business to focus on core sales activities and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage email communications and maintain an organized calendar for the broker
- Prepare and process offer documents and other essential paperwork
- Set up and update client profiles in automated real estate search systems
- Coordinate with the marketing department to execute mailing campaigns and create promotional materials
- Assist in planning and organizing property showcase events, including unique experiences like art exhibitions
- Handle client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including reels and property listing photos
- Maintain and update the client database and CRM system
- Support the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for quickly learning new software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in or basic knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
