We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.\n\n\nAs an AI Engineer on the AI Growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing open-source integrations, building GenAI-powered tools, and engaging with the AI developer community to drive adoption of Weave. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply involved in the GenAI space, passionate about developer tools, has an interest in connecting with the community, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing product.\n\n\nThis is a highly technical and strategic role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineering, product, and research teams across our global team while also playing a key role in growing Weave’s adoption within India’s fast-moving GenAI ecosystem. If you are passionate about LLMs, fine-tuning, developer tools, and fostering AI communities, we’d love for you to join us in shaping the future of Weave.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* This role will see a balance of 70% working in code and 30% working with the community and events in the India market\n* Contribute to the development and maintenance of our open-source Weave integrations.\n* Develop both internal and external GenAI-powered tools to demonstrate the capabilities of Weave.\n* Create compelling GenAI blog posts and code examples to highlight Weave’s potential to a global audience.\n* Collaborate closely with our Product team, providing feedback and testing new Weave features.\n* Actively engage with the developer community in India by organizing and attending GenAI-focused events and hackathons.\n* Help build out an ambassadors program in India to help us grow Weave with community support.\n* Engage with the developers where they live online (X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* Based in India.
