You’ll create strategies to grow and energize the SHx ecosystem, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and informed community across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crypto, skilled at building relationships, and excited to shape the future of blockchain-powered financial ecosystems.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n* Community Engagement\n* Develop and implement strategies to foster engagement and growth within the SHx community across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.\n* Act as the primary point of contact for the community, responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful relationships with community members.\n\n\n\n* Content Creation & Communication\n* Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content (posts, newsletters, blogs, etc.) that aligns with the Stronghold brand and resonates with the SHx audience.\n* Facilitate transparent communication between the community and the internal team, sharing updates, product announcements, and other relevant news.\n\n\n\n* Feedback & Advocacy\n* Gather feedback from the SHx community and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.\n* Serve as the voice of the SHx community, advocating for their needs and concerns within Stronghold.\n\n\n\n* Event Management\n* Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, such as AMAs, webinars, and community meetups, to strengthen connections within the SHx ecosystem.\n\n\n\n* Metrics & Reporting\n* Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to evaluate success and optimize strategies.\n* Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth, engagement, and sentiment\n\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n* Experience\n* 3+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.\n* Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities.\n\n\n\n* Skills\n* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n* Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.\n* Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.\n\n\n\n* Knowledge\n* Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus.A deep understanding of online communities and the ability to navigate the complexities of community dynamics.\n\n\n\n* Mindset\n* Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities.A proactive, problem-solving approach with an ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.\n\n\n\n\n\n$100,000 – $125,000 a yearThe base salary for this position will be determined based on consideration factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications for the role.
