This provides a truly scalable and censorship-resistant digital dollar.\n\n\nBuilding upon USDe, we offer sUSDe. sUSDe provides crypto-native rewards generated from funding rates in derivatives markets, offering an alternative to existing products tethered to the traditional financial system.\n\n\nFurthermore, we are actively developing solutions to facilitate institutional adoption of digital assets. In partnership with Securitize and Blackrocks BUIDL fund, USDtb provides a more traditional, asset-backed stablecoin option, leveraging established financial infrastructure to appeal to institutional clients. Expanding on this, iUSDe is designed specifically for traditional financial institutions, incorporating necessary compliance features to enable them to access the crypto-native rewards our protocol generates, in an institutional-friendly manner.\n\n\nFinally, our most ambitious undertaking to date is Converge, our joint blockchain initiative with Securitize. This hybrid blockchain is designed to be the nexus where DeFi meets the needs of CeFi and TradFi. You’ll improve community and social engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena’s products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do. You will be the primary community voice of Ethena. \n\n\nThis role involves overseeing all aspects of Ethena’s social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications. Utilizing your deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, emerging trends, and audience behaviors, while collaborating with multiple teams internally and externally, you’ll maintain a consistent narrative of all that Ethena does, growing our markets and ever deepening relationships with our communities.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.\n* Improve Ethena’s visibility on social platforms, both through further developing individual team member and company accounts.\n* Continuously produce aesthetic visuals and engaging informative content highlighting new products, partnerships, user utility and growth metrics.\n* Work with internal and external designers to enhance Ethena’s branding for content.\n* Maintain content libraries, calendars and pipelines for various teams.\n* Play a role on the Converge initiative with Securitize, to attract new projects and products to build within the ecosystem and attract users to those protocols and products.
