Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service/Clerks. In this role, you will assist customers, manage inquiries, and handle basic clerical tasks—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Maintain and update customer records in company systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction

Meet performance, accuracy, and communication quality targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service or clerical experience (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and online systems

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
