\nTradeify is a fast-growing fintech company focused on empowering traders through access to capital and modern trading tools. We’re scaling quickly, broadening our product portfolio and markets, and investing in marketing to fuel the next stage of growth.\n\n\nTHE ROLE\n\n\nAs a Growth Product Designer, you’ll work fully remotely and collaborate closely with our Design and Brand Manager to grow our brand and shape trader experience at Tradeify. \n\n\nYou’ll own end-to-end design projects across both our trading platform and marketing properties, driving measurable business outcomes by addressing opportunities that improve the user experience.\n\n\nYou’ll work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams, and you’ll have the opportunity to operate relatively autonomously — from identifying opportunities and defining problems, to designing solutions and measuring their impact.\n\n\nThis is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence the day to day life of 50,000+ traders, as well as business growth objectives.\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll do\n* Design and ship product features and high-converting landing pages that drive growth\n* Own your process end-to-end: from problem definition to testing and iterating\n* Own core parts of our trading dashboard, journal, and web application, improving usability and driving key metrics like repeat purchase rate, activation, retention, and feature adoption\n* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to define problems and requirements, create hypotheses, test solutions, and ship quality work quickly\n* Use data and user research to inform design decisions, validate assumptions, test prototypes and measure impact\n* Elevate our brand and visual design quality while maintaining focus on business outcomes and user needs\n* Create design artifacts that communicate intent clearly—from quick wireframes to polished, production-ready UI\n* Help establish design standards and patterns as we build the foundation for our design system\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 3-5+ years of UX / product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work that drove business results (product features or landing pages)\n* Strong product and design thinking skills—you can articulate how your designs solved user problems and impacted metrics like conversion, retention, or engagement\n* Excellent UI execution abilities with keen attention to visual polish, typography, spacing, and interaction details \n* Experience designing for complex web applications, particularly dashboards, data visualization, or financial products\n* Thrive working independently in dynamic environments\n* Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools\n* Understanding of web technologies and what’s technically feasible\n* Data-informed mindset—comfortable working with analytics tools and using quantitative data to guide decisions\n* Ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels\n* Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly, but your impact can be felt by the whole company\n\n\n\nNice to haves\n* Interest in trading\n* Experience with Webflow\n* Components based design system experience\n* Copywriting experience\n* Animation / interaction experience with platforms like Jitter / LottieFiles\n* Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services products\n* Experience collaborating with marketing teams on growth and conversion optimization\n* Knowledge of UX research methodologies and comfort conducting user interviews or usability testing\n* Background in analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar platforms\n* Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading positioning\n* Experience contributing to or building design systems from the ground up\n\n\n\n\n\n$70,000 – $80,000 a year\n\nRecruiter Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team.
