In this role, youā€™ll lead the development and execution of our employer-focused strategy, forging strong relationships with businesses to integrate Lifeforceā€™s health optimization solutions into their employee benefits programs.\n\n\nThis position combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to business development, relationship management, and advocacy for Lifeforceā€™s mission. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that improve employee well-being and support organizational goals.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities \n* Design and implement a forward-thinking strategy to grow and manage employer partnerships, positioning Lifeforce as a leader in employee wellness and health optimization.\n* Analyze industry trends and employer needs to enhance Lifeforceā€™s offerings and stay ahead of the market.\n* Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align initiatives with Lifeforceā€™s mission and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to employer clients.\n* Business Development & Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of employer prospects, as well as relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, establishing Lifeforce as a trusted partner for employee health and wellness.\n* Lead the consultative sales process with HR leaders, benefits administrators, and executives to deliver personalized, value-driven presentations.\n* Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with both employer goals and Lifeforceā€™s objectives.\n* Serve as the main point of contact for employer and broker partners, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.\n* Employer Engagement Advocacy: Represent Lifeforce as a thought leader in the employer benefits space, participating in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.\n* Collect and share insights from employer feedback to inform continuous improvement and innovation in Lifeforceā€™s offerings.\n* Advocate for Lifeforceā€™s role in enhancing workplace well-being and productivity through health optimization solutions.\n* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Lifeforceā€™s product, clinical, and member experience teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of employer programs.\n* Provide strategic input into marketing campaigns and educational resources tailored to employers, brokers and consultants. \n\n\n\nPreferred Experience & Qualifications\n* Bachelorā€™s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n* 8+ years of experience in employer partnerships, business development, or benefits consulting, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries.\n* Proven ability to establish and scale strategic partnerships with employers.\n* Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing executive-level decision-makers.\n* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.\n* Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies.\n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.\n\n\n\nYou should get in touch if\n* You are interested and knowledgeable about the healthcare, wellness, fitness, or nutrition industries. \n* You have strong attention to detail and good investigation and organizational skills.Ā \n* You have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ). \n* You communicate clearly and effectively in all forms of communication including emails, texts, phone conversations, and messaging apps.\n* You are a creative problem solver who approaches all challenges with curiosity.\n* You thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere, working with all levels of the organization.\n* You have strong time management skills and can work independently with minimal supervision.\n\n\n\nWhat we offer: \n* Remote working environment\n* Company provided computer and other required equipment\n* Generous benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Wellness Care\n* Complimentary Lifeforce Membership for Full Time Employees\n\n\n\n\n\n$114,000 – $160,000 a yearBonus eligible \n\n Please note that job scams are on the rise.
