The Role\nWeāre looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Partner Programs Manager to help build, scale, and optimize our global partner program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational rolesādeveloping and running enablement programs, managing partner onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners.\nYou’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, tools, and engagement models that help our partners succeed. If you have experience managing and growing a partner program, executing enablement initiatives, and working closely with sales and marketing to drive adoption, weād love to hear from you!\nWhat Youāll Do:\n\nOwn the execution and management of Telnyxās global partner program, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and ongoing partner success.\n\nDevelop and run structured enablement programs, including training materials, certification processes, and partner education initiatives.\n\nManage partner enrollment, onboarding, and complianceāensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to activation.\n\nImplement and improve partner benefits and incentives to drive partner growth and retention.\n\nTrack program effectiveness and partner performance, analyzing data to optimize processes and engagement.\n\nSupport sales teams and partners with pricing structures, discounting models, and partner deal registration.\n\nWork closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure that partners have the resources they need to effectively sell Telnyx products.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (Legal, Training, Marketing, Partner Sales, Services, and Operations) to ensure the partner program aligns with company goals and runs efficiently.\n\nMaintain and update Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and smooth workflows.\n\n\n\nWhat Weāre Looking For:\n\n5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel enablement, or partner operations.\n\nHands-on experience building and managing a successful partner program.\n\nStrong execution skillsāyouāre a doer who takes ownership and gets things done.\n\nExperience with partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement strategies.\n\nAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and optimize program performance.\n\nExperience working with PRM, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and LMS tools to manage partner relationships.\n\nExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nGreat communication skills, able to work across different teams and with external partners.\n\n\n\nWhy Join Telnyx?\n\n\n* \n\nBe a key player in building a scalable, high-impact partner program.\n\nWork with a fast-moving, collaborative team at the forefront of telecom innovation.\n\nOpportunity to growāweāre looking for someone who wants to develop their career in partner enablement and program management.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nĀ \n#LI-AMSTERDAM\n#LI-DENVER\n#LI-KG1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
