Check out more about our recent funding round of $365 million here.\nWe are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to own and lead our multi-million dollar program, driving measurable impact on our growth and success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and be fully responsible for optimizing and scaling campaigns while managing the budget to maximize ROI. You will report to the VP of Marketing, giving you direct access and accountability for high impact projects. About the role\n* \nOwn and manage the paid search program at Hostaway – Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, Bing, TikTok, etc.\n* \nOptimize our pay-per-click program to maximize leads, MQLs, SAL, SQLs, and wins \n* \nReport performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence \n* \nOptimize bids and budget to maximize performance and ROI of all pay-per-click efforts\n* \nConduct keyword research to ensure our ads target the most amount of relevant keywords and ICP users\n* \nWrite ad copy that drives conversion and collaborate with design teams on effective ad creatives\n* \nDesign and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and landing pages to increase conversion rates \n* \nDevelop a testing roadmap comprised of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and growth to enhance our marketing strategies\n* \nStay current on pay-per-click / search engine marketing practices and collaborate with peers on the Marketing team\n\n\n\n* \n5+ years experience in pay-per-click, search engine marketing, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms. The platforms we will focus on are, Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Linkedin, and TikTok\n* \nGoogle Ads & Google Analytics Certified with experience in Google Tag Manager\n* \nExpert level proficiency in reporting and analyzing full funnel metrics\n* \nExpert level ability to report success via various metrics including ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback time, churn, retention, etc.\n* \nCompetency in competitor research and tools like SEMrush and Ahref\n* \nExperience in A/B testing\n* \nExperience using relevant AI tools\n* \nBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field\n* \nFluent in Spanish (either native or 2nd lanugage)\n\nWhat we offer\n* \nCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.\n* \n100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table.
