Serving as a trusted business partner, your role will involve deeply understanding their unique company challenges and goals, and advocating the innovative power of our products and services to make the organization more productive and drive its sales strategy.\nAltiSales has taken the dreadful and boring parts of sales development out of the role. You will not need to source your own leads or data, they’re all provided to you. You will not need to fight with your boss or VP of Sales about the quality of the demos.\n \nResponsibilities:\n\nTake ownership of your sales targets, aligning the business with the defined objectives and key results.\n\nConduct accurate forecasting and provide regular reports on the status of your sales performance.\n\nUtilize phone and email channels to proactively engage with potential new prospects. Aim to make approximately 100 calls per day.\n\nArrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions.\n\nJoin Sales Representatives (AEs) on calls, takes notes, and familiarize yourself with the products we offer.\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\n1+ years of proven experience in outbound sales. \n\n1+ years of proven experience in a sales customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n\nAbility to speak and write in English.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a sales strategy. \n\nCollaborative and continuous learning mindset. Strong willingness to actively contribute ideas and support their peers but also to demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt continuously. \n\n\n\n\n\nDesirable Qualifications (Nice to Have):\n\n3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales for tech start-ups. \n\nProficiency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and ability to navigate the platform effectively.\n\nPrevious experience using Outreach.io or similar sales engagement software, such as SalesLoft.\n\n\n\n \nPlease submit your resume in English – we can only consider applications submitted in this language.\nAltiSales is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
