In this role, you will own the technical architecture and implementation of our cloud-native, and highly scalable RAG applications. You will design and manage the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational procedures for delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML products.Ā Ā \nĀ \nWe’re looking for someone who will drive DevOps best practices and work with engineering teams to implement them effectively. You will own the platform’s reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple cloud environments and on-premises deployments. If you are looking for an opportunity to architect and drive modern DevOps practices for cutting-edge AI/ML products in industry, we would love to hear from you!Ā \n\n\n\nIn This Role, You Will:\n* Design and implement cloud-native architectures for AI/ML applications using Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS)Ā \n* Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern GitOps practices with tools like FluxCD and BitBucketĀ \n* Design and implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring toolsĀ \n* Implement operational best practices for scaling RDBMS, OpenSearch, and MinioĀ \n* Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformĀ \n* Implement container orchestration strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and HelmĀ \n* Design and implement multi-cloud deployment strategiesĀ \n* Establish SLOs/SLIs and implement SRE best practicesĀ \n* Automate operational tasks and create self-healing systemsĀ \n* Mentor team members on DevOps best practicesĀ \n* Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model deployment and serving infrastructureĀ \n* Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the DevOps/MLOps spaceĀ \n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Need to Be Successful:\n* 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform EngineeringĀ \n* Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Helm and container orchestrationĀ \n* Strong experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure)Ā \n* Experience managing databases like Yugabyte, OpenSearch and MinioĀ \n* Experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps practicesĀ \n* Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar programming languagesĀ \n* Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)Ā \n* Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirementsĀ \n* Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration managementĀ \n* BS degree in Computer Science or related fieldĀ \n* Excellent communication and collaboration skillsĀ \n* Strong problem-solving abilities and systematic thinkingĀ \n* Experience working in an Agile environmentĀ \n\n\n\n\n\n$180,000 – $215,000 a year\n\nBenefits for Full Time Employees:Ā \n- Remote first organization\n- 100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependents\n- Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability\n- 401k\n- Unlimited PTO\n\n\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is authorized to work in the United States.
