You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products, all in the field of crypto-wallets. \n \nThis is a great opportunity for someone with great experience, to contribute to impactful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.\n* Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.\n* Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.\n* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.\n* Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.\n\n\n\n5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.\nPast experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.\nExcellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExpertise in agile methodologies – Jira, Asana etc.\nStrong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript.\nStrong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.\nSkilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.\n\n\nNice to have\n\nHands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular).\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
