This role involves evaluating collection processes to assess their efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. Additionally, the Analyst collaborates with various departments across the company to develop, align, and execute strategic collection initiatives that drive performance and meet organizational goals.\n\n\n\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\n* Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for collections team performance \n* Run daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency reports\n* Analyze and measure the success of collection strategies in use \n* Recommend strategy adjustments based on opportunities identified through reporting \n* Create and maintain workflows and process maps for all internal collection processes\n* Create and maintain workflows and process maps for all internal collection processes \n* Provide ADHOC reporting and data visualization \n* Mine and optimize data to generate reports to analyze and audit current collections processes, borrower trends, and delinquency trends \n* Maintain and refine reports used in various collections processes (site visits, disconnects, skip tracing)\n\n\n\nRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities\n* Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy development, data analytics, and reporting, with a focus on performance optimization.\n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.\n* Proficiency in SQL or similar database analytics tools, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data effectively.\n* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.\n* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis software and tools.\n* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCompensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year\n\n\nAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:\n\n\nJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
