This role involves evaluating vendor performance, operational processes, and the effectiveness of servicing strategies to drive efficiency, compliance, and service quality. By fostering collaboration across internal departments and external partners, the Manager ensures alignment with company goals and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining consistent oversight of operational outcomes, analyzing performance trends, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization within the servicing framework.\n\n\n\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\n* Oversee vendor performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Develop and maintain performance scorecards for vendors and third‐party agencies.\n* Evaluate the effectiveness of servicing strategies and operational processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on data analysis. \n* Maintain effective communication with third‐party agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategy execution, and issue resolution. \n* Collaborate with cross‐functional departments to design, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that drive servicing performance and operational excellence. \n* Analyze and interpret performance trends, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance outcomes. \n* Provide regular and ad‐hoc reporting, including data visualizations, to stakeholders to track progress and ensure transparency.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities\n* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing vendors or third‐party agencies, including evaluating performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and fostering productive relationships. \n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.\n* Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend data‐driven improvements. \n* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. \n* Experience developing and maintaining KPIs or scorecards to monitor vendor performance and operational success. \n* High attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing data, preparing reports, and executing performance strategies. \n* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCompensation: $115,000 – $125,000 per year\n\n\nAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:\n\n\nJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
