\nThe Krazy Coupon Lady (KCL) is a female-founder-owned publisher on a mission to be a shopping non-negotiable, unapologetically helping our readers maximize their money, and seize the deal. Our team of shopping experts curates and hand-tests nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.\n\n\nYou may have noticed that our headquarters are in Boise, ID, but our workforce is fully remote in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.\n\n\nWe’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to help fuel KCL’s high-frequency posting strategy across Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our deal-hunting community stays engaged with the latest and best savings opportunities—posting every 15 minutes on Facebook and maintaining a consistent Instagram presence. \n\n\nThis position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes smart shopping, loves social media, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll work closely with the Facebook & Instagram Channel Senior Manager to ensure that content is optimized for engagement, reach, and click-through rates.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities \n* Post high-volume deal content to Facebook every 15 minutes during assigned shifts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and engagement.\n* Maintain a consistent and compelling Instagram presence, including posts, Reels, and Stories.\n* Write concise, engaging captions that drive clicks, shares, and conversation.\n* Quickly react to trends and breaking deals, adjusting content to maximize impact.\n* Ensure all posts align with KCL’s brand voice and audience interests.\n* Monitor post performance and make real-time optimizations based on engagement and traffic data.\n* Engage with KCL’s community by responding to comments and fostering conversation.\n\n\n\nWho You Are\n* A deal hunter at heart—someone who loves the thrill of finding the best discounts and sharing them with others.\n* A social media enthusiast with experience managing Facebook and Instagram for brands or publishers.\n* A fast and efficient writer who can turn deals into compelling, scroll-stopping posts.\n* Detail-oriented and able to balance speed with accuracy in a high-volume posting environment.\n* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.\n* Familiar with Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement best practices.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or community engagement.\n* Strong writing skills with a knack for punchy, persuasive social copy.\n* Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later).\n* Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram analytics and performance tracking.\n* Passion for deal content, e-commerce, and smart shopping.\n\n\n\n\n\n$20 – $20 an hour\n\nAbout KCL\nWith our roots in Boise, ID, we’ve grown into a remote company with employees located across the United States.
