Our business-minded approach to agile development ensures that we align to client goals from the earliest conceptual stages through market launch and beyond.\n\n\nIn 2024, 3Pillar Global India wasĀ namedĀ as a āGreat Place to Workā for the sixth year in a rowĀ based on how our employees feel about our company, collaborative culture, and work/life balance – come join our growing team\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.\n* Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.\n* Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.\n* Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.\n* Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.\n* Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.\n* Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.\n* Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.\n* Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS \n* Minimum Qualifications:\n* A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:\n* Proven professional experience as a React Developer.\n* Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, and HTML.\n* Experience with React libraries for state management (such as Redux or MobX) and routing.\n* Demonstrated experience with Angular.\n* In-depth knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.\n* Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.\n* Proficiency in the English language.\n* Experience in Agile software development methodologies.\n* Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).\n* Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.\n\n\n\nAdditional Experience Desired\n* Good understanding of SOLID principles.\n* Familiarity with OWASP.\n* Ability to optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot complex issues.\n* Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines.\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n* and\n* Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)\n* Architectural (Microservices, Serverless etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer etc) Patterns\n* Unit Testing\n* Working in the Cloud (AWS)Ā \n* Design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.\n* Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.\n\n\n\n\nBENEFITS\n* A competitive annual salary based on experience and market demandsĀ \n* Flexi-timingsĀ \n* Work From Anywhere\n* Medical insurance with the option to purchase a premium plan or HSA option for your entire familyĀ \n* Regular Health check-up camps arranged by the companyĀ \n* Recreational activities (Pool, TT, Wii, PS2)Ā \n* Business casual atmosphere\n* #LI-Remote\n* #LI-PR\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
