In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical and business teams, ensuring that our DeFi products align with market needs and technical capabilities. You will analyze complex systems, interpret data, and provide insights to drive product development and business strategy.\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Analysis & Requirements Gathering:\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements for DeFi products and features.\nAnalyze and document business processes, workflows, and system integrations.\nTranslate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.\nDeFi Protocol Research & Evaluation:\nConduct in-depth research on DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain ecosystems.\nEvaluate the technical feasibility, security, and scalability of integrating new protocols or features.\nStay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology, Web3, and decentralized finance.\nData Analysis & Insights:\nAnalyze on-chain data, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).\nUse data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Dune Analytics) to extract actionable insights.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\nPartner with marketing, design, and compliance teams to align product development with business goals.\nRisk Assessment & Mitigation:\nIdentify technical and operational risks associated with DeFi protocols and propose mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.\nProcess Improvement:\nContinuously evaluate and improve business processes and workflows.\nRecommend tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Math, or a related field.\n- English at C1 or higher.\n- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry.\n- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain technology (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2 solutions).\n- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and blockchain analytics platforms (e.g., Dune Analytics, Glassnode).\n- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n- Passion for decentralized finance and a deep curiosity about emerging technologies.\n\n\nKey Competencies\n- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and apply blockchain and data architecture concepts effectively.\n- Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\n- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.\n\n\nWhat We Offer\nAn opportunity to work on a pioneering project in the Web3 space.\nWell funded organisation with very little bureaucracy.\nA dynamic and innovative work environment with a team of experts.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\nProfessional development and growth opportunities\nPayments in stable tokens\nProject tokens as bonus.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n—\nIf you are passionate about blockchain technology, defi, and transforming business needs into technical solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
