Job Description

Our Company
Founded in 2021 and now deployed to over 20,000 patients, 1,500 healthcare professionals, and 130 healthcare facilities, Resilience is on a mission to redefine care and personalize patient management. Since the company’s inception, data has been at the heart of our model, with the ambition of enabling every patient to benefit from a unique care pathway and precision medicine.

Resilience offers a remote monitoring and support solution for oncology patients, designed to humanize, streamline, and personalize their care journey. The mobile application supports individuals affected by cancer, helping them better manage and cope with treatment-related side effects. Its remote monitoring platform, a Class IIa medical device, allows healthcare professionals to better understand and track their patients remotely to enhance their care. In October 2023, Resilience became the first oncology medical device to obtain permanent reimbursement from the French National Health Insurance.

Convinced of the need to provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients with chronic diseases, the company has expanded its scope to other conditions, starting with immunology. In 2023, Resilience acquired GutyCare, a company dedicated to monitoring patients with Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD). The company is also developing a solution in psychiatry.

Furthermore, Resilience remains committed to being a key player in clinical research in oncology, convinced that every piece of data collected through remote monitoring is a valuable resource for improving and personalizing patient care and, in the long run, accelerating therapeutic innovation.

Everyone who joins Resilience has the opportunity to contribute to this story and work every day in service of patients and healthcare professionals.
