Job Description

MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong command of blockchain development.
- Proficiency in Golang or Rust.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and cryptographic principles.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and fullstack development (both frontend and backend).
- Experience with cloud hosting, API integrations, databases, and GraphQL.
WILL BE A PLUS
- Familiarity with Cosmos SDK, CosmWasm, or other ecosystem-specific tooling.
- Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs (zkProof).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of core blockchain and cryptography modules.
- Design, build, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized APIs.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to translate real-world needs into robust decentralized systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of a production-grade platform used to track and tokenize measurable outcomes.
- Ensure high scalability, reliability, and security across services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of cloud-hosted infrastructure.

The team works on a protocol that enables the creation and verification of tamper-proof digital credentials and the tokenization of outcome-based data. This technology powers a growing ecosystem of apps that bring transparency, accountability, and financial access to global development initiatives.
You’ll be contributing to a platform that’s already been deployed in collaboration with high-profile international organizations and is used across sectors such as clean energy, healthcare, education, and youth development.
STAGE

- Call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
- Interview with our Senior Engineer and Recruiter (1 hour)
- Client intro call (30 minutes)
- Technical and team fit interview with client (2 hours and 30 minutes)
- Work closely with a visionary CTO and a globally distributed technical team.
