THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER to our DOTS (Digital Operations and Technology Services) team in BRAZIL!
Are you ready to join our DOTS (Digital Operations and Technology Services) team on an exciting journey? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Designer to help redefine digital experiences and enhance our Wellhub ecosystem. This role transcends traditional product design; we need someone with a strategic mindset and a holistic approach who can steer the direction of our business effectively.
The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks effectively and deliver prototypes swiftly, allowing for a strong focus on impactful design work. This is a remarkable opportunity to collaborate and learn from a talented design community of over 36 diverse designers, making a significant impact on our digital landscape.
As a Product Designer within the DOTS team, your influence will be felt across various dimensions:
- Define Product Direction Define Product Direction: Play a vital role in shaping the direction of our digital products, establishing high standards for design excellence;
- Ecosystem design: Oversee the Wellhub ecosystem’s E2E design, taking ownership of products that directly and indirectly influence our customer experience;
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader within your team and the broader Wellhub UX community, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to guide your product area’s technical vision;
- Roadmap Development: Shape the roadmap for discovery activities, offering critical insights from the user perspective;
- Facilitate Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions and align priorities within the company;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end (E2E) user experience across our ecosystem products and services;
- Design Process Improvement: Work alongside Design Leadership to refine and improve design processes, fostering continuous improvement through effective change management;

- Professional Design Experience: Proven design experience, particularly in technology startups, with a strong background in designing digital platforms and applications;
- Human-Centered Designer: Skilled in conducting research and gathering user insights to inform your designs, always considering user needs and competitive trends;
- Expertise in Design Processes: Profound knowledge of User Experience processes, information architecture, and interaction design;
- Design Thinking and Facilitation Skills: Collaborative approach to projects, capable of facilitating remote workshops to support product ideation and decision-making;
- Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with product managers to develop strategic feature rationales;
- Project Management: Experienced in managing projects from initiation to implementation, drafting design approaches to meet business needs swiftly;
- Prototyping Proficiency: Strong skills in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions, particularly using Figma;
- Effective Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly. A passion for storytelling and leveraging data to support your arguments is crucial.
