We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for executing user experience and user interface deliverables for our proprietary product and creating various visual assets for the product team & other departments while working with and contributing to our design system and visual asset libraries. This individual must be an effective communicator, especially when it comes to relaying creative concepts to the design team. This person will also help act as a mentor to our junior team members. This role will report to the Design Director. 

Responsibilities
  • Design product deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, UI assets & interactive prototypes.
  • Define, document, and maintain UI requirements, while adhering to UX best practices, as well as ensuring a consistent experience throughout the product.
  • Provide design support through the development and QA processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads as well as talk one-on-one with users to gather requirements and insights for future product improvements.
  • Create presentation decks, feature documentation & various collateral for the product team and other departments.
  • Maintains awareness of industry best practices, implements them when appropriate, and shares UX trends with team members.
  • Assist with the ongoing improvement of the design system and deliver visually designed components that are consistent and cohesive.
  • Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand – adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Champion new and innovative creative ideas.

Requirements

    • A BA/BFA degree in a visual or experiential design discipline or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer. Ideally, individuals who have experience working on complex solutions for digital products within the advertising or ad tech industry.
    • Must be well versed in Figma, nested components, and auto-layout
    • Ability to work on multiple projects from inception to completion. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to internal teams.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing plans into concrete visual assets.
    • Innate curiosity for the advertising industry, technology, and the ability to learn quickly.
    • Able to effectively prioritize and work.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
    • Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
    • A collaborative individual who can work both in a team and independently.
    • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
    • Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
    • Ability to travel a minimum of 15% a year for onsite meetings, training, etc.
