Requirements

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role involves defining and implementing innovative solutions for complex design challenges, ensuring the best possible user experience and interface design.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX research, UI design, prototyping, and usability testing while working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.

✅ Design and optimize user interfaces, ensuring accessibility, usability, and a seamless experience.
✅ Lead UX research processes, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
✅ Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
✅ Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
✅ Define style guides and UI components to maintain consistency across products.
✅ Analyze interaction metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
✅ Apply accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles across all interfaces.
✅ Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

🔹 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
🔹 Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
🔹 Strong knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles.
🔹 Experience in UX research, information architecture, and user-centered design.
🔹 Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design thinking methodologies.
🔹 Experience collaborating with development and product teams in agile environments.
🔹 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (not mandatory but preferred).
🔹 Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
🔹 Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) to collaborate with international teams.
