• Designing and developing custom applications and workflows on ServiceNow
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for ITSM and ITOM solutions
• Configuring and customizing forms, fields, and modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems and services
• Providing technical support and platform maintenance
• Written and verbal English communication
• Problem-solving and teamwork
Do you have experience with…?
• ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• RESTful APIs and ServiceNow integration
• ITSM and ITOM modules
• ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
• Supporting and training end-users in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points for:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration or Automation
• Familiarity with Service Portal development
• Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
• Use of Performance Analytics and custom reporting in ServiceNow
